Within PlanningPME, you can create customised fields in order to adapt the software to your activity.

As many customers ask for it, here is a post to show you how to create an additional field type "hyperlink" that allows you to attach a file for a job. So, from the task window, it will be possible to open any kind of file as a Word document or an Excel or a PDF file.

Let's take a look at client creation through this short video. PlanningPME allows you to manage your clients inserting all the datas about them. You can easily manage as many clients as you want but be careful about the database you are using. Sometimes having too many clients can slow down your computer when running with a weak database.

How to improve the planning visibility with hatchings?

Because you may have a great variety of tasks to deal with and that a clear overview needs some of them to be more identifiable, PlanningPME allows you to hatch the tasks.
