| 1.
Is PlanningPME compatible with Windows Vista? What are the Operating Systems PlanningPME can run on? |
| Yes.
PlanningPME is compatible with the following Windows Operating systems: Windows Vista, XP, 2000, 98 |
| 2.
What are the database supported? |
PlanningPME can run on MS Access, My-SQL, SQL-Server and Oracle.
By default, PlanningPME uses a MS Access database. |
| 3.
In which language is PlanningPME developed? |
| PlanningPME is written in C++ and Visual Basic. |
| 4.
I need a lot of licences. Should I run PlanningPME on a database other than MS Access? |
| We invite you to use a database other than MS Access which have storage capacities limitations. Our consultants are at your disposal.

| 5.
I have some data on clients, resources and/or tasks stored on another application: Is it possible to import them? |
| Certainly. If your data are or can be extracted on a standard format such as .txt, .xls or if they are stored on one of the database cited above, it will be possible to import your data.
Our technicians can provide you this service if needed. |
| 6.
How are my data saved? Is there an automatic back-up? |
You do not need to press any “Save” button to save your work. All tasks and data created are saved automatically on the schedule. Then, if you run the application on MS Access, on the menu File -> Location, you can activate the back up option: A copy of the database will be done each time you close the program.
On other databases, back up are currently done by your IT technicians on the server. |

Can I have a customized version of PlanningPME? |
Yes, it can be possible to answer your request.

I have an installation problem. Can you help me? |
Yes.

Search for this file Msrd3x40.dll

If you do not find it, the only solution is “to repair Office”. |
Message with:
Autoexec.nt and/or win32 |
Search the file named autoexec.nt in the folder C:\windows\repair,
Copy this file in the folder C:\windows\system32,
Display the properties of this file and tick on the attributes : read only and hidden. |

III.
PURCHASE OF THE APPLICATION |

| 1.
I am interested in the application PlanningPME Web Access. Which version should I go for? |
PlanningPME Web Access is available as a subscription or as a purchase mode.
In both cases, the number of users is not limited. The prices are in function of the number of resources you manage on the planning board.
1.1 Subscription version:
Prices are elaborated in function of the number of human and material resources managed on the planning board. The service PlanningPME Web Access is a subscription per month. The minimum period of subscription is 6 months renewable every 6 months.
The number of users is not limited.
Example: you need to schedule 25 trainers and 10 training rooms: Total of 35 resources. The trainers need to make changes over the Web interface. Moreover, you do not have a Web server to host the database and/or you prefer Target Skills to host the planning on their own server.
You will need a subscription to PlanningPME Web Access for a range of 30-39 resources. This subscription costs 99€/month; 594€ every 6 months. The starting installation fees cost 99€.
1.2 Purchase version:
Prices are elaborated in function of the number of human and material resources managed on the planning board. The purchase version of PlanningPME Web Access is often combined with licences of PlanningPME for an optimal use.
Example: you need to schedule 25 trainers and 10 training rooms: Total of 35 resources. The trainers need to make changes over the Web interface. Moreover, you have a Web server to host the database and 3 people will be in charge of the planning: They will fill in the information from their PC using the software version that is more ergonomic.
You will need to purchase 3 licences PlanningPME combined with the application PlanningPME Web Access for a range of 30-39 resources.
