Quante licenze devo acquisire? |
Serve una licenza per utilizzatore.
Per le persone che vogliono solo visualizzare il planning, si può comprare l'add-on Planning PME HTML (che permette l'accesso al planning tramite pagine HTML)
Per esempio, se gestite 50 dipendenti, 5 avranno il diritto a modificare il planning dall'interfaccia e gli altri visualizzeranno solo e/o modificheranno a partire dall'interfaccia Web.
Il vostro bisogno richiede l'acquisto di 5 licenze di PlanningPME insieme a una licenza PlanningPMEHTML

PlanningPME funziona con MS Access, My-SQL, SQL-Server e Oracle.
Per difetto, PlanningPME usa una database MS Access. |

Qual'è il linguaggio informatico utilizzato? |
| PlanningPME è sviluppato in C++ e Visual Basic. |

Ci servono molte licenze. Devo utilizzare PlanningPME con una database altra che MS Access? |
| MS Acces dimostra limite in termine di performanze e di velocità. I nostri consulenti sono a vostra disposizione per guidarvi nella vostra scelta.

Ho informazioni sui miei clienti, risorse e/o ordini di lavoro salvati su un'altra applicazione: è possibile importare il tutto? |
| Certo. Se i suoi dati sono o possono essere estratti sotto un formatto standard tipo .txt o .xls o se sono salvate su una delle database citate qui sopra, sarà possibile importare i suoi dati.

Come sono salvati i miei dati? Un salvataggio automatico c'è? |
Non serve premere nessun pulsante "Save". Tutti gli ordini di lavoro e dati creati sono automaticamente salvati sul planning. Poi, se Planning PME funziona sulla base MS Access (installata per difetto) dal menu File --> Percorso, potete attivare la funzione di salvataggio. Una copia della datbase verrà creata ogni volta che l'applicazione verrà chiusa.
Sulle altre database, dei salavataggi sono generalmente effetuati sul server dal vostro servizio informatico. |

I am interested in the application PlanningPME Web Access. Which version should I go for? |
PlanningPME Web Access is available as a subscription or as a purchase mode.
In both cases, the number of users is not limited. The prices are in function of the number of resources you manage on the planning board.
1.1 Versione sottoscrita:
Prices are elaborated in function of the number of human and material resources managed on the planning board. The service PlanningPME Web Access is a subscription per month. The minimum period of subscription is 6 months renewable every 6 months.
The number of users is not limited.
Example: you need to schedule 25 trainers and 10 training rooms: Total of 35 resources. The trainers need to make changes over the Web interface. Moreover, you do not have a Web server to host the database and/or you prefer Target Skills to host the planning on their own server.
You will need a subscription to PlanningPME Web Access for a range of 30-39 resources. This subscription costs 99€/month; 594€ every 6 months. The starting installation fees cost 99€.
1.2 Versione acquistata:
Prices are elaborated in function of the number of human and material resources managed on the planning board. The purchase version of PlanningPME Web Access is often combined with licences of PlanningPME for an optimal use.
Example: you need to schedule 25 trainers and 10 training rooms: Total of 35 resources. The trainers need to make changes over the Web interface. Moreover, you have a Web server to host the database and 3 people will be in charge of the planning: They will fill in the information from their PC using the software version that is more ergonomic.
